A morning in Barnard Castle – a historic market town in Teesdale which has featured in The Guardian’s “Best Small Towns”. Taking its name from the Castle itself, you will have plenty of time to wander round before we head to Mainsgill Farm Shop for the afternoon – a farm shop with a difference having not only the shop and café but exotic animals to see such as Llamas, Ostriches, Camels, Chinchillas and Rears!
