Dear Goldline.
We have just returned from the Norwich and Thursford holiday and wanted to say it has been a wonderful weekend.
Our driver,Alyn, was an excellent driver and looked after us very well. The George Hotel was also “top notch” and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Peter is now gluten free which can sometimes mean he struggles to get a complete meal but not at the George. They cooked him separate meals which were all excellent. The guided tour of Norwich was also very good and the Thursford Spectacular lived up to its name. It was glorious.
This was the first time we had experienced stopping at a good restaurant for a lunch on the journeys to and from our destination and this was the” icing on the cake “ for us. A good meal in nice surroundings and all in the price of the holiday, – so much better than a motorway stop.
An excellent holiday thank you. We look forward to joining you again next year.

Had a lovely holiday in south east Ireland with Brethertons . John and Helen were very thoughtful and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble. Took us on some interesting trips The coach was spotless and very comfortable.

Every trip we have been on has been brilliant. Safe driving, cheerful staff, fantastic venues and beautifully clean coaches. Everyone is valued and pampered – nothing is too much trouble for them and they really do live up to their motto which is, ‘Dedicated to quality, courtesy and care.’

First of all I have been on a couple of trips with Brethertons and certainly will go again, the coaches are so comfortable and spotless in and out, the drivers are so helpful nothing to much trouble for them, and they look so smart, well my last trip was bens mystery tour, we went to kendel then on to kennedys chocolate factory, we had just a fantastic day, from start to finish, and it was excellent value for what it cost, I would strongly recommend Brethertons trips to anyone, I haven’t been on a trip yet myself with them for a few days or so or long distance , but I would definatly recommend as the coaches are that comfy.

I Hope this message will get to e right place.

Yesterday I was on one of your coaches driving rail passengers from Preston to Carlisle driven by Ben.

I would like you to know what a delightful driver you have…. A young father was let on the coach but not his wife and small child. Ben insisted they be let. The Northbound slip rd to M6 was shut but Ben ignored the detour and found a quick way onto the M6 then phoned other drivers to alert them. Ben is an asset to your company.

Having just returned from our recent trip, I would just like to thank you for letting us have Ben as our driver.

We could not have asked for anyone better! He fitted in perfectly with us and is a superb driver. He was very thoughtful, conscientious and well liked by everyone.

The coach was very comfortable and an extremely smooth ride. We carry a number of bad travellers and we didn’t have any complaints!

Although we spent only one day together, I’m grateful to you for your kindness and sincerity.

You took me as a trustworthy friend and told me a lot about Britain. I really enjoyed the talk, which was as memorable as the Edinburgh trip.
