superbly located where the Mouth of the River Tyne meets the sea. Watch the cargo vessels, the cruise ships
and overnight ferries saunter back and forth from their dock in Newcastle, it feels like you can put your hand
out and push them away. The Northumberland Coast provides some of the most beautiful scenery in the
country. Our Hotel is a stones throw away from the ships coming in and out of Newcastle next to a newly
built promenade stretching down into the attractions and lush parks of South Shields.

Our Itinerary
DAY 1 – After your door to door service has brought you to the coach, relax as we head cross country to the
gateway of the Yorkshire Dales to the beautiful vibrant market town of Richmond. After suitable time here,
we continue to South Shields and our hotel arriving in plenty of time to settle in.
DAY 2 – A free day today to explore your surroundings. Explore the town, the well restored Roman Fort, the
many parks or the promenade. You may even want to take the ferry over to Tyneside.
DAY 3 – A full day excursion today as we head to Alnwick for an included visit to the award winning Alnwick
Gardens.
DAY 4 – A full day today. We firstly head up to Newbiggin-by-the-sea and come down the coast via Blythe
and Whitley Bay before heading into Newcastle for time here.
DAY 5 – After breakfast we head to Thirsk before heading for an included 2 course lunch and later returning
to our home areas where your door to door service will be waiting to take you back to your doorsteps.
