Edinburgh Tattoo

Scotland’s capital city has been the home of the Tattoo since 1949 starting on Princes’ Street gardens.  Today the awe inspiring variety and colour of the military tattoo is held on the Castle Esplanade.  Our evening performance visit is included and the  following morning an included visit to the Ocean terminal & the Royal Yacht Britannia before our homeward journey.

The family owned three star, Best Western Kings Manor Hotel situated at Portobello is our base for the Holiday.

Edinburgh Scotland’s capital and largest City has a vast array of attractions especially during the festival.  A few of the numerous attractions include the Castle, Holyrood Palace, Royal Mile, Princes’ Street, Rose Street, Museum of Scotland and now the recently built Ocean Terminal with the Royal Yacht.
