Staying at the Best Western Kings Manor Hotel, Edinburgh
Scotland’s capital city has been the home of the Tattoo since 1949, the first performances being held in
Princes Street Gardens. Today the awe-inspiring variety and colour is held on the Castle Esplanade where
people from all over the world visit each year. Our included tickets are for the last performance on Saturday
night, with a special fireworks display.
The Kings Manor is a privately owned and managed hotel situated at Portobello just 3 miles from Princes
Street. It has a swimming pool and excellent bar area.

Our Itinerary
DAY 1 After our door-to-door service we join the coach and travel north crossing the Scottish border with
refreshment stops en route. On arrival in Edinburgh a city tour will be given before continuing to our Hotel
the Kings Manor for dinner and a stay of two nights.
DAY 2 After breakfast a leisurely transfer to the city for you to visit the attractions watch the street artists or
visit the many cafes, the choice is yours. Later we return to our hotel with time to relax before dinner. After
dinner we return to Edinburgh for the Tattoo performance.
DAY 3 After a leisurely breakfast we leave our hotel and drive to the city for our included visit to Holyrood
Palace, before our afternoon departure south to our home areas and onward door to door service.
