The historic Killin Hotel was founded in the 17th century, it is located at the west end of Loch Tay with picturesque views of the surrounding Trossachs National Park.

Our Itinerary

Day 1   After your door-to-door service has picked you up, we join our coach and travel north into Scotland and the Highlands.  Suitable comfort breaks will be made on the way and we aim to arrive at our hotel in plenty of time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2   A full day today as we firstly travel to the famous fishing town of Oban and have free time to explore and have lunch.  Afterwards we will soak up the stunning scenery with a beautiful scenic drive south via Lochgilphead and then follow the west shores of Loch Fyne to Inverary.  Our final highlight is driving past Loch Lomond before returning to our hotel.

Day 3   A full day again today as we take a circular route.  This morning, we travel south on the Perthshire tourist route to Crieff where we visit the Glenturret distillery for a tour.  We later travel along the A road to the west of the magnificent Loch Tay for an included visit at the Scottish Crannog Centre.  We travel back in time to the iron age when some people lived in loch dwellings called Crannogs on Loch Tay.

Day 4   A full day today as we take the incredibly scenic drive via the A82 to Fort William.  The rugged scenery of this area is magnificent, and where we visit the Glencoe visitor centre to learn more about the area. On arrival in Fort William, we take time to explore the town before a 2 hour cruise on Loch Linnhe.

Day 5   Today, sadly we head for home.  After a leisurely start, we retrace our steps south with suitable comfort breaks on the way to meet your door-to-door service which will return you to your doorstep.
