Staying at the Kirkwall Hotel, Orkney (3 nights)

Priory Hotel, Beauly (1 night) Caledonian Hotel Ullapool (1 night)

Our mid-summer holiday to Orkney and north west Scotland takes us through some of the finest scenery in Britain from rugged mountains, wonderful sea views and Lochs of the Highland region, to the lush Island of Orkney which contains thousands of years of ancient history and incredible places for us to visit.

Our main stay is at the Kirkwall Hotel situated in Kirkwall, Orkney’s capital, and is within easy walking distance of the town centre, St Magnus Cathedral and Orkney Museum.  The Priory Hotel is in the centre of Beauly near Inverness and is our outward overnight hotel.  Our return overnight hotel, the Caledonian is in Ullapool situated on Loch Broom.
