Our Itinerary

Day 1   Once your door-to-door service has picked you up, we join our coach and continue to Lincolnshire with suitable breaks on the way.  We aim to arrive at the Petwood with plenty of time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2   A full day today as we drive firstly to Lincoln.  Brimming with history and heritage, Lincoln is one of England’s finest cities.  From the tip of the cathedral to the depths of the Roman waterways, Lincoln is full of fascinating stories just waiting to be discovered.  Later this afternoon, we have an included visit to the International Bomber Command Centre Museum.  The IBCC was created to mark the service and sacrifice of World War II aircrew, ground crew and support staff who lost their lives whilst serving with Bomber Command.

Day 3   A full day again today as we travel first to the seaside town of Skegness. Skegness has been a seaside vacationers’ favourite for over 100 years, Skegness pier is in fact over 100 years old and at the time of its build was the fourth longest in England, originally stretching a length of 1,844 ft! 

Skegness beach holds the prestigious Blue Flag award meaning that it is amongst the cleanest in the world.  This afternoon we have an included visit to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. 

Day 4    A leisurely day today.  After breakfast, we make our way to The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight for an included visit before we drive back to the hotel for an afternoon at leisure and maybe explore the grounds and gardens of the hotel.

Day 5   Sadly we have to say goodbye.  After a leisurely breakfast, we travel for home stopping off on the way for refreshments before arriving back home and to your door-to-door service which will take you back to your doorsteps.
