Staying at the Merrion Hotel, Llandudno
After all these years – over 150 actually, Llandudno is still a big favourite with everyone. What’s not to like? Llandudno’s immaculate seafront gracefully framed by two headlands is a seaside classic. It is a proper resort, with pier, promenade, sea, Alice in wonderland – Llandudno’s got taste. The Merrion has a prime seafront location, having easy access to the promenade and Mostyn street, which is the main shopping street.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Once your door-to-door service has brought you to the coach we travel to the historic city of Chester for time to peruse at leisure and purchase lunch. We later make our way to Llandudno and our hotel where we aim to arrive in plenty of time to settle in before dinner.
Day 2 – A free day today to explore all that Llandudno has to offer.
Day 3 – A full day today. This morning, we make our way to the Royal town of Caernarfon for time to peruse before we travel through the spectacular Snowdonia National Park via Betws Garmon, Beddgelert and the Nantgwynant Pass to Llanberis for a return journey on the Llanberis Lake Railway. We have time here before returning to our hotel.
Day 4 – A full day again today as we briefly touch onto the Isle of Anglesey and the woollen mill at Llanfair PG. We later make our way to the ancient port town of Porthmadog to explore at leisure before returning to Llandudno via the Vale of Conwy.
Day 5 – A free morning to do any Christmas shopping before we travel straight to our home areas afterward where your door-to-door service will be waiting to take you back your home.
