Our Itinerary
DAY 1 Today we make our way south, with refreshment stops en-route to the ever-popular Cotswolds, arriving at our quality hotel – The Blunsdon House for dinner and a stay of 4 nights.
DAY 2 This morning we have a leisurely departure after breakfast and visit the wonderful Cotswold village of Broadway, also known as the painted lady, via Winchcombe Edge. Broadway displays fine architecture made from Cotswold Stone and is an essential visit when in this picturesque area.
DAY 3 Today we have a special included visit to Avebury Manor & Gardens, which dates back to the 16th century and had many people reside here from Tudor times right up to the 1930’s. The manor has fairly recently featured on the programme ’The Manor Reborn’ which aired in December of 2011 and goes into details of how some rooms and part of its gardens were redesigned into different styles. After this we head to Bath for included time in this historic city before we travel back to the hotel for our dinner.
DAY 4 Today we have our classic tour of the beautiful villages of Bourton on The Water, Stow on the Wold & Burford.
DAY 5 After a leisurely breakfast we will travel North with a stop in Stratford en-route to have some free time on the last day of your holiday before driving back to our home areas where our door-to-door service will be waiting to hear all about your holiday and take you home.
