The towns of Windermere and Bowness are at the very heart of the Lake District, with beautiful Lake Windermere, England’s longest lake, right on the doorstep. There is breathtaking scenery wherever you look and at this time of year the hues of autumn should be in abundance.

Our diverse visits include the market town of Keswick on Derwent Water, Grasmere, well known for it’s Gingerbread and garden centre, the historic village of Cartmel and Ambleside, situated at the head of Lake Windermere. We also include a sail on Lake Windermere.
