Southern Ireland is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and peaceful lifestyle. The resort of Bantry is nestled on the south coast, surrounded by beautiful and unique scenery. We are based in this delightful small town this week, where you can have a stroll to its fishing harbour, stumble upon the colourful houses and shops around the town square and sit and admire the picturesque bay where you can soak up the feeling of traditional Irish surroundings.
Our Itinerary
DAY 1 Our morning departure leads us to Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey for an afternoon sail to Dublin. From here we make our way to our overnight stay at the Johnstown House Hotel in Enfield for dinner and the evening.
DAY 2 Travelling South via Waterford, Cobh Island and Cork we will eventually arrive today at The Maritime Hotel, which overlooks Bantry Bay, in time for a relaxed dinner and a 3-night stay.
DAY 3 Today we have an included visit to Mizen Head Signal Station at Ireland’s most South-westerly Point.
DAY 4 Half day tour to Glengariff for our included return sail and visit to Garinish Island & The Italianate Garden.
DAY 5 Leaving Bantry we drive via Macroom then Blarney to Carlow to The Seven Oaks Hotel for our overnight stay.
DAY 6 This morning we leave our hotel in Carlow and drive to Dublin with a visit to Phoenix Park before our afternoon return sail to Holyhead, arriving early evening, then onto our door to door return service.
