The Cotswolds

Our Cotswolds tour this year is something a little different where we have included visit to Adam Hensons Farm, the BBC’s Countryfile TV presenter who specialises in the rare breeds.  The four star Cheltenham Park hotel is our base for this holiday.

The Cotswolds is an area of rolling countryside of pretty villages and small towns of honey coloured stone.  Burford on the edge of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds a delightful village of small unique shops and tearooms.  Stow on the Wold with its stocks and post house is the highest market town.  Chipping Campden “chocolate box houses” with manicured hedges and gardens.  Broadway often described as “the painted Lady of the Cotswolds”.  Bourton on the Water one of the most picturesque villages with the river windrush flowing through the centre.
